Early in the morning after breakfast and start hike towards Uluguru Forest/Bondwa Peak about 2080 m. It takes 4-6 hours to the summit; nice views over Morogoro town are seen if there are no clouds, take a visit to Choma Village and waterfalls on your way back for a swim and picnic lunch.
Your visit to the village may take you to participate in some traditional activities such as mate weaving and a visit to a traditional healer or go to a local family and eat traditional food with a local family in the mountains.
